2024 Mood Board Creation + Yoga Flow

Join Lindsay from Yoga & Co. for a fun 2024 Mood Board Creating Party at the beautiful Des Moines Heritage Center! We will start with a yoga flow that will allow us to start exploring the power of working with intentions: how to visualize them, set them and continue to work with them over time. We will work on the different spheres and areas of our lives through guided meditation, visualization and journaling, in order to be ready to start putting our vision boards together.

The vision board will emanate from deep within, after the work done in the initial stages of the workshop and will be a creative process of collage, drawing, painting, writing. Attendees will be free to use their creativity and continue to develop and grow their vision board after the workshop. The tools to be able to create your own vision boards, when desired, will be explored.

Included: All supplies needed for your mood board. Light snacks will be provided along with tea & beverages from Curious Elixirs! Curious Elixirs are booze-free craft cocktails, infused with adaptogens to help you unwind.
